NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2011-CA-014734-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judment, to-wit:
Begin 1694.22 feet South and 265.96 feet North 89º20'15” East from the North 1/4 corner of Section 35, Township 21 South Range 29 East, run thence North 89º20'15” East 64.83 feet thence North 100 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
