NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of July, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007034-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, MARIPOSA, A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 100 THROUGH 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
