NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-014607-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SALIM A. PREMJI A/K/A SALIM PREMJI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALIM A. PREMJI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL-RITE FENCE COMPANY, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk .realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
