NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Canceling Sale and Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on June 12, 2012, by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 10-6182-CA, I will sell at public sale on July 10, 2012, beginning at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described on Exhibit “2” hereto set forth in the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale.
