NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0910828CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. ARC POOL 1, LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD COOPER; SANDRA COOPER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAGO VILLAGGIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, LAGO VILLAGGIO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 11 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
