Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-151-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit Number B-201, The Crestview, a Condominium, and an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the Condominium unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium for The Crestview, a Condominium,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
