Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, and entered in 1200646CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and RAUL MENDEZ; MARIA MENDEZ; TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., INC. NO. 1 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M on July 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 106, OF TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS, BUILDING NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 583, PAGE 652 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
