NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Amended Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002228, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JULIA M. STEPHENS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., BRISTOL SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block C, thence North 5Ëš, 41' 51” East 185.77 feet; thence North 9Ëš 07'54” East 42.23 feet to the Point of Beginning and the Southeast corner of the parcel herein described:

Thence North 80Ëš 52'06” West 130.00 Feet; Thence North 9Ëš 07' 54” East 40.00 Feet; Thence South 80Ëš 52 '06” East 130.00 Feet; Thence South 9Ëš07' 54” West 40.00 feet the Point of Beginning

Being a part of Block C, Replat of parts of Kings Lake, Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
