Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2010-CA-002661, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and CHARLES D SELLARS A/K/A CHARLES D. SELLAR and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES D. SELLARS A/K/A CHARLES D. SELLAR N/K/A MYRA SELLARS are Defendants.
Barbara T. Scott, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on the 10th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 2769, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 22211 BELINDA AVE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
