Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of July, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 17 and 18, Block 1464, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 27, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 20A thru 20F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
