NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Count III of Plaintiff's Verified Complaint dated May 23, 2012, the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Count III of Plaintiff's Verified Complaint dated June 11, 2012, and any subsequent amendments thereto (collectively, the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 502012CA002251XXXXMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in which FLORIDA FEDERAL LAND BANK ASSOCIATION, FLCA, formerly known as South Florida Federal Land Bank Association, FLCA is Plaintiff, and JUAN C. VILA, an individual, BELINDA VILA, an individual, VILA FORT MYERS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, VILA & SON LANDSCAPE DEPOT, INC., a Florida corporation, VILA AND SON TREE FARMS, INC., a Florida corporation, VILA AND SON LANDSCAPING CORP., a Florida corporation, JOSEPH VANREETH, and, KATHRYN VANREETH, husband and wife, BANKUNITED, as assignee of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver for BankUnited, FSB, BANKUNITED, FSB, and JANE DOE and JOHN DOE, unknown parties in possession, are Defendants.
The Clerk of Palm Beach County will sell the Lee County Property as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below at a public sale on July 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to the “highest bidder,” for cash, at the following location for the on-line judicial foreclosure sales, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Lee County Property (as defined below) and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Lee County Property (as defined below) shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk of Palm Beach County, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 2:00 p.m. on the next business day following the sale.
The following property located in Lee County, Florida (the “Lee County Property”), is the subject of this Notice of Sale:
All that part of the East one half (E 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 5, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
