NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure sale filed June 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-067530 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 10 day of September, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, THENCE RUN SOUTH 50 FEET TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF EVERGREEN ROAD; THENCE RUN WEST 25 FEET TO THE WEST SIDE OF PINEY ROAD AND POINT OF INTERSECTION OF PINEY ROAD AND EVERGREEN ROAD; thence south, along the west side of piney road 100 feet; thence west, parallel to everEgreen road, 125 feet; thence north, parallel to piney road, 100 feet to the south side of evergreen road; thence east, along the south side of evergreen road 125 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
