CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA5, is the Plaintiff and DONALD B. MACAULAY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT.OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on July 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, block c, of lynn's highland park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, page 50, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
