Llanes; David Bravo; Unknown Spouse of David Bravo if any; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on August 8, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
