NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Court Order filed June 14, 2012 and entered in Case No.: 09-CA-056567 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and wherein Leroy E. Laupert, Ronda Laupert, The Reserve at Estero Homeowners Association, Inc., and Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 412, OF RESERVE AT ESTERO, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000025021 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
