Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment entered in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that the undersigned Charlie Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida will on July 17, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Lee County Justice Center Complex 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 21, 22, 23 24 and 25, Block 358 of Cape Coral Unit 8, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 1 through 6, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
