Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 12 day of June, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-001088 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EAST GREENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and NOEME CARABALLO a/k/a NOEME CARABALLO-MEJIAS, MANUEL NIZAMA, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., and FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITLY AUTHORITY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. A, UNIT F, in EAST GREENS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 833, Page 631, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
