NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on July 18, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit D, Building 13, CYPRESS LAKE ESTATES, a Condominium, (Phase II), a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1736, Page 4741, and amended in Official Records Book 1916, Page 1250, and all other amendments thereto, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
