NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009901 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Manuel Martinez and Carmen Senaida Rodriguez a/k/a Carmen Rodriguez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 39, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 35, 36 AND 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
