NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011637 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Purita Bautista are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on July 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK ā€œCā€, LAKE VIEW HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
