NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-021936 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for OMAC-2005-4, Plaintiff and Gail C. Bottone and Michael L. Kosterlitz are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 77, CURLEW LANDINGS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 78-80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
