Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the entry of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Counts V and VI of the Amended Complaint, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Lot 21 and the East 25 feet of Lot 22, WILDWOOD PARK, G.L. BIDWELL'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded at Plat Book 3, Page 49 and 50 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 12, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
