NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2012, entered in Case No.10-6238-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and EILEEN N. CHEEK is Defendant, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 7, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 160, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of CLOVERPLACE, a Condominium (Phase IV), recorded in O.R Book 5669, Pages 189 through 257, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 77, Pages 44 through 47, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
