Felicelli , III a/k/a Albert A. Felicelli a/k/a Albert A. Filicelli are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 54, BAY RIDGE TERRACE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
