Aviles are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK M, GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
