NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-009320 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Renee E. Rose-Griffin a/k/a Renee E. Rose and James E. Griffin, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 27B, PALM HARBOR ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
