Book 3908, Pages 862 through 954, and amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and according to Condominium Plat Book 12, Page(s) 30 through 33, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2615 Cove Cay Drive, #305, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 20, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
