NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Beginning at a point found by measuring from the Southeast corner of Lot 68, WILLOW GREENS PHASE II, A as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, S. 00 degrees 43'28” W., along the West line of an existing Ingress/Egress, Drainage & Utility Easement 15.00 feet to the South line of said Easement in Phase II, A, thence S. 89 degrees 16'32” E., along said South line 12.00 feet to the Centerline of said Easement and the above mentioned point of beginning. Thence S. 00 degrees 43'28” W., along the Centerline of the proposed easement 75.69 feet, to the Point of Curve, thence 46.89 feet along the arc of a curve to the left concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 30.00 feet, a chord of 42.26 feet bearing S. 44 degrees 03'12” E., to the Point of Tangent, said point being 12.00 feet North proposed Lot 408, thence S. 88 degrees 49'52” E., 163.00 feet to the point of termination of said Ingress/Egress, Drainage & Utility Easement in proposed Phase II B, said point being just West of a City of Largo Utility Easement and just North of Proposed Lot 40.
