NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-003393-C-42 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CURLEW LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and GALE C. BOTTONE, MICHAEL L. KOSTERLITZ, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 20, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 77, Curlew Landings, Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded In Plat Book 103, Pages 78-80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
