NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-009283-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EL PASADO CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and TRINA HIGGINBOTTOM, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 20, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 4F, according to the plat of EL PASADO, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 80, Page 1 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 5810, Pages 335 through 398 and amended in O.R. Book 5861, Page 1056, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
