NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that, pursuant to that Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property listed in attached Exhibit “A”, which is situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to the highest bidder, for cash, on September 5, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. EST, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45.031, Florida Statutes.

A tract of land lying in Lot 15, in the southeast one-quarter of Section 4, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, Inc., according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
For a point of reference commence at the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence traverse North 00 degrees 36'51” West, along the east line of said Section, a distance of 661.40 feet; thence North 89 degrees 36'51” West, a distance of 15.0 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 15; thence continue North 89 degrees 36'51” West, a distance of 20.0 feet to the westerly right of way line of Automobile Road; thence North 00 degrees 36'51” West, along the westerly right of way line, a distance of 164.52 to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 00 degrees 36'51” West, a distance of 210.00 feet to the south boundary of the north 286.81 feet of said Lot 15; thence North 89 degrees 54'44” West, a distance of 225.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 36'51” East, a distance of 55.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54'44” East, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 36'51” East, a distance of 155.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54'44” East, a distance of 165.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

For a point of reference commence at the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence North 00 degrees 36'51” West, along the east line of said Section, a distance of 686.40 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54'44” West, a distance of 35.00 feet the westerly right of way line of Automobile Road for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 54'44” West, a distance of 157.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 36'51” West, a distance of 134.52 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54'44” East, a distance f 157.00 feet to said westerly right of way line; thence South 00 degrees 36'51” East, a distance of 134.52 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
