YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for lien foreclosure of real property on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 104, Building A, LAKE HEATHER HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 5988, Page 1085, and any amendments thereto, and in the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 37 through 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Elizabeth R. Mannion, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1150 Cleveland Street, Suite 300, Clearwater, Florida 33755 on or before July 23, 2012, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
