YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for damages not exceeding $15,000.00 and to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 5, Building No. A, of Bay Palms I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, page(s) 52 through 54, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3598, Page 867 through 904 and O.R. Book 3599, page 737 through 783, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
