YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, 1st UNITED BANK, As successor in interest to Old Harbor Bank by asset acquisition from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Lot 1, 2 and 3 of COMSTOCK'S SUBD'N., according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the West 10 feet thereof for street.
TOGETHER with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties , and profits relating to the foregoing real property, including, without limitation, all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal, and similar matters.

Flowers, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
