NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001754, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and MICHAEL KESLING AKA MICHAEL D. KESLING; ET AL; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, FIRST ADDITION TO OZONA SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
