NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-013392 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of December 1, 2006 MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-NC3, Plaintiff and Josef A. Rathman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, ORANGEWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
