NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015025 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Mary J. Kvam are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 708, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-SOUTH GARDEN-8, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 4 THROUGH 12, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5136, PAGES 2024 THROUGH 2075; TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS, FROM TIME TO TIME, MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
