NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-002538, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM NEAL HUFF JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM NEAL HUFF JR.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 20thday of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, LONG BAYOU ACRES SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
