Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above described case, that the Clerk of the Court will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment 307 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Library Lake Condominium as recorded in OR Book 4310, Page 886 and any amendments thereto and the plat hereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Pages 91 through 94, Public Records of Pinellas County, FL
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. via internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made at or before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the sale. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
