NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015857 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Corp., Plaintiff and Sonny Sangjinda are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
