NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015959 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Charles Craig Lewis a/k/a C. Craig Lewis a/k/a Craig Lewis and Ronelle J. Lewis, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 614A, BUILDING 6, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12663, PAGE 1378, AS AMENDED, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 129, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
