NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-002635 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for WMALT 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Calvin L. Berry, Sheilah A. Wright a/k/a Sheilah A. Berry, Independent Savings Plan Company, d/b/a ISPC, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Tenant #1 n/k/a Joseph Wright, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
