Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 12, 2012, and entered into Civil Court Action 12-6178-CI-11 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JOHN R. CAPPA II., and BETTY C. CAPPA as Joint Tenants With Right of Survivorship, are the Plaintiffs and MARY JANE SAMMONS, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on July 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, Block B, BRIDGEWAY ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less a triangular parcel of land in Lot 6, Block B, Bridgeway Addition to St. Petersburg, in Section 7, Township 31 South, Range 17 East as per plat thereof in Plat Book 6, Page 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
