NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA005995XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and LINDA C. ROTHERMEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA C. ROTHERMEL IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT 1A, ASSOCIATION, INC.; SYMBIONT SERVICE INC.; JVS CONTRACTING, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 36, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF- UNIT ONE B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 48-53, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2965, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
