NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09004879CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE LMT 2006-4 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and VOJISLAV PATKOVIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VOJISLAV PATKOVIC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTY TRUST MORTGAGE BANKERS CORP.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, SEMINOLE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 54 THROUGH 55, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
