NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08001817CI007, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THELXS 2006-12N is Plaintiff and ROBERT M. KIRKPATRICK; CHRISTINE L. KIRKPATRICK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK A-3, HARBOR BLUFFS SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
