NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-014323, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-W1 is Plaintiff and DALIA R. DIAZ; FRANK DIAZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; WATSON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET, BLOCK B, OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, AT PAGES 36-39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
