NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-12543-CI-7, Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MARC A.B. SILVERMAN, Special Fiduciary of the Betty H. Bleckley Charitable Remainder Unitrust UTD 5/5/2005, is Plaintiff, and BERNARD BALL, TRUSTEE OF THE BERNARD BALL TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 11, 2007, et al. are Defendants, that the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2012 to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block E, Perry's Skyview Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 4 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 3629 28th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
