TURNER MARINE CONCEPTS, INC.; FRANK D. VANDER HORST; JAMIE L. VANDER HORST; and JOHN DOE, said John Doe being a fictitious name signifying any unknown party(ies) in
possession under unrecorded leases or otherwise;
Defendants.
TO: TURNER MARINE CONCEPTS, INC., FRANK D. VANDER HORST, individually, and JAMIE L. VANDER HORST, individually, and all parties claiming interests by, through, or under said individual.
The plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the property described below.
The plaintiff in this action is FLORIDA BANK, a Florida banking corporation.
The plaintiff filed this action against you on May 10, 2012, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Civil Division, Ref. No: 12-5835-CI-A.
The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
LOT 10 OF BROADWATER UNIT TWO, BLOCK 0, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 4380 43rd Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711.
You have 30 calendar days after the first date of this publication, to file and answer and/or written defenses with the Clerk of this Court, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756 and Plaintiff's attorney: Jason M. Ellison, Esq., c/o Englander Fischer, 721 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
