NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 522010CA017666XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and CINDY TERWILLIGER; WAYNE TERWILLIGER; VILLAS OF PINELLAS FARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 11th day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 304, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLAS OF PINELLAS FARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 7, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5987, PAGES 923 THROUGH 968, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
